The Company is a software development, internet advertising and marketing service related company. The Company is not a licensed Real Estate Brokerage or Broker and is not affiliated with in any way with a multiple listing service (MLS) and does not promote listings placed on this site with any such service.

By accessing and utilizing any of the services, purchasing any goods or using information on this Web Site you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of use that are outlined below and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

It is recommended that you read through the list of terms and conditions of this Web Site and that if you do not agree with all the Terms and Conditions of this Web Site you are not to access, use or purchase any good from any part of this Web Site. The exclusive use of this Web Site is for property owners, managers, landlords, renters, tenants, buyers, and sellers of real estate and third party service providers related to real estate. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Web Site the Company hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable license to use the Web Site. This license provides you full use of the Web Site as would be provided to the members of this Web Site and that use is subject to change without notification at any time.

2. Use Restrictions

You do hereby agree not to post, transmit, retransmit or store any material on the Web Site that would violate any local, state or provincial, federal or International law.

Use restrictions include but are not limited to:

i) Uploading, posting, transmitting in any form data, information, photographs, video, links to outside websites and other media files that are unlawful, obscene, harmful, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic or may invade the privacy of others.
ii) Impersonation of any person, company or entity
iii) Creation of Phishing sites that would lead anyone to believe that they are actually visiting the Company or the Web Site.
iv) Transmit or upload any viruses or other forms of Malware.
v) Post or transmit any information, data, photographs that you do not own or have permission to post or transmit.
vi) Interfere, hack or otherwise attempt to manipulate any part of this site.
vii) Post or transmit any form of spam, chain letters or try to solicit any person or company utilizing the information contained within the site.

Furthermore you will not solicit business from any person, company or otherwise posted on this site for any reason other than that of buying or selling real estate or the use of that person or companies particular advertised service related to real estate. All telephone numbers, email, web sites, or other information posted to this Web Site are not to be used for a commercial use. You will also not represent yourself as either a buyer, seller or service provider related to real estate if this is not the actual fact. Any and all breaches to the terms and conditions herein agreed upon between any party with the Company and this Web Site will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

3. Copyright and Proprietary Rights

Information provided on this site is for your own personal use and as such may not be copied, reproduced or distributed or transmitted in any way without the express written permission of the Company. Use or modification of any information for any use other than for personal use is a violation of the copyright and proprietary rights of the Company.

4. Phishing

We will never ask you to provide your account details including but not limited to your credit card information within an email or other forms of communication to you. Your information will be required ONLY within the Secure portion of the Web Site. Any such attempt to request your information should be immediately forwarded to info@provericon.com for investigation and the email deleted.

5. Property Listings Displayed on Site

The Company will make all attempts to display property listings on the Web Site providing that the property listings have been submitted through the Web Site and that they are fully paid for based on the level of service that had been selected. The property listings will not contain any objectionable content including but not limited to defamatory comments, racist, or any other content that would be considered at the Companies full discretion to be objectionable. Display of the property listings is not guaranteed in terms of placement or length of time due to acts of God, technology related issues, hacking and any other forms of disruption that may limit the display of the listings. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to maintain, repair or otherwise provide a stable Web Site for the display of the property listings but in no way guarantees this as such at any time.

All account information, photographs and property information, and any other material or information that you post on the Web Site will be displayed to the general public and will remain active on the site for the purpose of displaying either a rented or vacant ("for-rent") listing and may also be used for future purposes such as property value trending and other general information about a particular area, city, state, province or country. The use of your specific property data, photographs and information will remain with the Company and the Web Site unless we receive a written request either via mail or electronically that you do not wish to have the information stored and utilized by the Company and used on the Web Site.

6. Refund Policy

A refund for purchases or any other transactions made through the Company and/or the Web Site will be only for the amount of the purchase and can only be given prior to the activation of your listing or ad. The activation of a listing or an ad is instant upon you clicking on the link within the email sent to you via the Web Site or you manually submitting the activation code on the Web Site. Once confirmed or activated we are not able to issue a refund of any kind. We will remove specific listings or ads with a written request once activated but no refund will be issued once the listing or ad is live and visible to buyers on the Web Site.

7. Advice, opinions and recommendations are not provided.

All content and information provided on the Web Site by the Company, Registered Users or Third Parties is provided for information purposes only. The information on this site is not intended to be relied upon as professional advice, expert advice or opinions and as such you are advised to seek qualified professional advice, recommendations or opinions before you act or refrain from acting based on the information provided on this site. Links provided to site that are outside of this Web Site do not constitute advice, recommendations or opinions of or for the Company or the Web Site. Links to other Web Sites outside of this Web Site do not constitute a recommendation or opinion of the external site and all views, opinions, recommendations and advice on external sites linked to this Web Site are solely the responsibility of the respective site owners.

10. Termination

Your license, authorization for use of this site will terminate immediately and you must immediately discontinue use of this site, destroy any materials or information obtained from this site and you must remove any hyperlinks made with the Web Site and the Company. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, 9. 11 and 12 of this agreement will survive any termination of the Agreement.
